VB UK is one such subsidiary, tasked with the exclusive sales, distribution and aftersales for VB products in the UK and Republic of Ireland.

The range of VB products includes shock absorbers, coil springs and stabiliser bars as well as auxiliary, semi- and fully-automatic air suspension systems.  With the widest range on the market products are available on all popular LCV chassis (Up to 7.5t), including pick-ups. Together this creates a truly whole market offer and enables a consultative approach to requirements.

WHAT?

VB-Airsuspension are active in a number of different markets including OEM, Converters and Body Builders, and through these reach a diverse range of market segments, including blue light, utility vehicles, transport, and the leisure market to name but a few.

Your role will be split into several key areas, requiring an adaptive and all-encompassing approach in supporting VB activities across the UK. Involved heavily within sales, you will find yourself dealing with the customers directly, visiting them throughout the UK, while at the same time, overseeing the aftersales, warranties and product development from a technical perspective.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Building relationships with new and existing customers to identify requirements and potential sales opportunities
  • Creating and developing customer relationships to promote the benefits of VB products, and working on customer specific development projects.
  • Identifying technical training requirements (internal and external) – Developing an end to end training road map and calendar in association with customers, to deliver appropriate and effective training.
  • Trouble shooting and problem solving
  • Product development
  • Aftersales process and warranty investigation

The philosophy of the role is to empower customers and dealers to function as independently as possible in servicing customer demand and enable growth of VB sales in the market through identifying and opening opportunities.

YOU!

Your ideal background will include experience in both a technical and sales capacity. Having been involved within the Automotive market is always an advantage.

As a person, you will be able to work independently, be analytically strong, structured and precise with a focus on the customer and commercial aspects. You must be comfortable travelling and dealing with customers daily
