PG AUTOMOTIVE – FREE Sales Training
As part of our ongoing commitment to the Aftermarket and with a view to increasing the value that we bring to our clients. We are always looking for new ways to innovate the way we operate and tailor the service we offer to you, our valued clients.
With that in mind we have formed a partnership with Clare Campbell of Chameleon Change Management Ltd to offer FREE behavioural sales training to candidates recruited through PG Automotive (*terms and conditions apply)
Why did we do this? Well that is simple, we view ourselves as a true partner to the businesses we work with and we are certainly not a “Take the Fee and Run” business. We believe in quality process, quality candidates and the development of all individuals within the Aftermarket.
We wanted to differentiate ourselves from the “Agencies” as we are a “Consultancy” and training is a huge cost to all businesses. Not everyone has access to a training department, so we decided this would be a service that would add significant value to our proposition. Personal development is key to success on so many levels in any sector of society and we are proud to be able to deliver this service.
Meet Clare Campbell F.I.M.I.
Clare has been in learning and development for 13 years, starting her career with a volume German automotive manufacturer, where her tasks were to manage the process of delivering training to the network. From managing the trainers, to offering training itself.
Clare holds a TAP accreditation and further enhanced her skills by delivering a variety of programmes for the group, including product launches, sales, aftersales and systems training. Clare has a great understanding of what engaging training/facilitation and development looks like, through delivering activities in a fun but challenging way.
Clare moved to a training and assessment role with the UK’s largest Fast Fit retailer. In this challenging role, Clare started to work with the entire learning cycle rather than just the training element. With a distinction in Behavioural Training, Clare has a clear understanding of how to not only measure knowledge and skills, but to deeply understand the impact that behaviour has on a business culture and an individual’s development. Clare has designed and developed competency frameworks linked to curriculum and knows the value of evidencing ROI.
With huge experience inside and outside of the automotive sector, Clare continually challenges and broadens her knowledge base and is currently designing a competency framework and TNA for a large utility company.
