Known throughout the industry as an extremely successful independent business in commercial vehicle parts you will be joining an already successful team as you deal with a wide variety of customers over the phone. Each conversation that you have will be unique and give you the opportunity to build and strengthen relationships with the contracts you deal with.
This will be a demanding role, you will be constantly challenged which will require you to take ownership of the customers to ensure that you can proactively find solutions to their problems, whether that be identifying and selling parts, opening new accounts or organising invoices and deliveries. Show that you can match the expectations of the business and your career will not be stationary for long!
Of course, with a challenging role like this you will have all the training necessary to ensure you can succeed. The company will spend time investing in you as an individual to ensure that you are fully confident in role and solution that you are providing.
Ideally you will have experience in Commercial Vehicle parts, whether that is from a Factor or Dealership background but most important is your determination and passion to learn and succeed in anything that you set yourself to.
