Field Sales Executive / Business Development Manager
An exciting Sales opportunity to work for a leading automotive car parts supplier who are recognised as a market leader in the UK.
This organisation is experiencing exciting growth across its Branch Network and as a result a new opportunity for an experienced field sales executive to join the hustle and bustle has arisen.
As a Field Sales person, you are the leader of the Sales Team, the person who wins the business with the garages and workshops face to face. You are the problem solver and the person who shares the banter, the cups of tea and the stresses of the garage owners, whilst negotiating the best deals for your company.
Working hand in hand with the Branch Managers and their busy teams, you will also motivate and provide inspiration to the internal sales team and drivers – this is a team sport after all!
We welcome applications from passionate and enthusiastic individuals with experience in the automotive parts industry experience or similar. We are happy to hear from experienced pro-active field sales professionals looking to get into the fast moving aftermarket parts industry.
This would ideally be from a motor factor background although we are interested in applications from all candidates with automotive industry experience who are looking to join a market leader.

c£24,000 Basic + Bonus + Car + Benefits
Leicestershire / Northamptonshire / Warwickshire
- Previous experience of Automotive Parts is preferred but not essential.
- Field Sales experience required, ideally selling to garages/workshops.
- Full UK Driving Licence required.
- As a person, you will be self-motivated, driven and a natural communicator
