Centre Manager / Fast-Fit Manager

Due to recent expansion within their network, one of the largest and most successful national networks of tyre, service and repair centres in the UK are looking for their next superstar centre manager!
Your main responsibility will be the overall management of the centre and its team which consists primarily of technicians and tyre fitters. With a great deal of autonomy provided to you, you will be pivotal in making important business decisions, running the centre as efficiently as possible with the aim of growing, not just sales but more importantly, customer satisfaction.
As the face of the business, you won’t just be sat behind a desk all day managing KPI’s and P&L (although this is a part of your role!) as you will also deal with a variety of customers, whether public or trade. By rolling up your sleeves, you will lead by example, getting involved with fitting and servicing where required.
Based in Crawley you will be overseeing a key branch within the network which will mean your role is equally challenging and rewarding at the same time, working for an organisation where the opportunities for personal and career development are endless. Backed up by an extensive training program, you will oversee your own personal development and will be able to tailor your own future.
To be effective within this role, you will need to a mixture of good management and technical skills. By understanding what a role of this nature takes to succeed you will grow and push your centre forward. This role would ideally suit anyone coming from a fast fit or automotive workshop / dealership / garage environment.
