I would firstly thank to thank all of our clients for your support in assisting PG Automotive achieving another successful year’s growth. I am proud of my team especially as most have been burning the candle at both ends to manage the end of year recruitment influx.
The current economic climate presents challenges to all industries with the recruitment and automotive industries both severely impacted and still facing an uphill struggle to return to previous levels.
To read any form of media would present a constant stream of negativity towards our industry despite what we feel has been a strong end to 2009.
Any company that has looked to streamline and restructure its workforce has done so now with the long term plans now in place. We have worked closely with organisations in 2009 on developing recruitment strategies to attract the highest calibre candidates to their organisation. This is supported by offering the best possible advice and opportunities to individuals in areas of businesses that are unfortunately making redundancies.
I am pleased with PG Automotive and the growth we have experienced in 2009. The introduction of key figures across our division have brought additional expertise and experience to our already well established team.
